  • You can rely on our team to handle everything for you. Our kit rentals include full-service support before and during production, with a dedicated team of Motivo professionals. We'll coordinate with the speakers, schedule shipping and pickup, and ensure delivery of the final content. On the day of filming, our team will remotely control the equipment and provide screen-sharing so you and your team can see what the cameras are capturing and call the shots.

  • Yes! We can ship just about anywhere in the world. 

    • One or two high-quality cameras (smartphones capable of shooting up to 8k)

    • Key and accent lighting for professional-grade results

    • Shotgun and lav microphone for clear audio

    • Laptop and laptop stand

    • Tripods for stable footage

    • Miscellaneous items, including chargers, cables, and an extension cord

  • Nope! Setting up the kit is simple and straightforward. All gear is color-coded and a step-by-step instruction manual is included, plus most of the equipment is already assembled. Plus, we're always here to answer any questions you have before, during and after the shoot. No previous experience required!

  • We begin uploading files to the cloud once the shoot concludes. After all files have uploaded, we then share links with your team so you can download everything. The upload process generally takes between a few hours to 48 hours depending on the file sizes.

  • Yes! We can edit your videos for an additional fee.

  • Costs vary depending on the specific project needs. We offer discounts for multiple shoots. To receive an estimate, get in touch through the link below. 

  • A couple weeks is ideal, though we can make it happen in less time if kits are available. However, shipping costs will increase if expedited shipping is needed.
